"Didn’t Feel Like There Was Much Variety"
I don’t know, I just got the feeling right away that there wasn’t much new to pick from. Most of it seemed like the same old stuff I’ve seen before, so nothing really jumped out at me.

I ordered a few things from Bellelily and ended up returning a couple because the sizing didn’t really work for me. Maybe I misread the size chart or just picked wrong, I’m not totally sure, but the return itself was accepted without much trouble.
The frustrating part was the refund. I had to message them more than once, and each time I was basically told to wait a little longer. It did eventually show back up on my card, so it worked out in the end, but it took way longer than I thought it would. I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but the refund process could definitely be quicker.

"Photos were accurate"
I mostly paid attention to whether it looked like the photos, and it was close. The main details I noticed matched up well, so no real surprises there.

"Cute shirt, but the quality was disappointing"
The shirt looked really cute online, but once it arrived the fabric felt super thin and kind of cheap. The stitching was messy in a few spots too. It’s technically wearable, but it doesn’t feel like something that’s going to hold up for long. it had that frustrating feeling where the quality issue somehow becomes my problem to deal with.

"Fits good and feels comfy"
Like I said, the fit is good and the sizing was close to what I expected. I wore it all day and it stayed comfy, like I said, no real complaints there. I took off one star just because it wasn’t absolutely perfect, but overall I’m happy with it.

"Everything showed up just how I hoped"
I’m always a little hesitant about ordering clothes online because you never really know if what shows up will match what you picked. But my Bellelily order was exactly right. The sizes and colors were correct, every item was there, and the print looked like the photos, which was a nice relief. For me, that made the whole experience feel easy and trustworthy. I’m happy with what I got and I’d order from them again.

My Bellelily order got here right when they said it would, which doesn’t always happen with online orders. The tracking updated like it was supposed to, and everything I ordered was in the package. Weirdly, I remember the mail truck pulled up right when I was making toast, so the timing stuck in my head. Overall, super easy delivery and no complaints.

"Looked cheaper than I expected"
I was disappointed when these showed up. The styles looked way nicer in the photos, but in person they felt tacky and kind of dated. I wasn’t expecting it to turn into a whole stressful thing, but now I have to deal with returns and finding something else last minute.

"Washed Better Than I Expected"
I was a little nervous about how this would hold up in the wash, but mine came out just fine. I’ve washed it a few times now and the color still looks good, with no weird shrinking so far. Based on this one, I’d say these probably handle regular washing well. The material isn’t super thick, but it doesn’t feel like it’s going to fall apart either. I took off one star because I did notice a tiny loose thread on one seam.

"Return process was really frustrating"
I tried to return my order and expected a much faster response. The replies were slow, the instructions weren’t very clear, and I’m still waiting on my refund. It’s been way more annoying than it should be.

"Cute tops, but the fabric was kinda meh"
I ordered two tops and they looked cute enough when they showed up, but the material felt cheap to me. Like, thin and a little scratchy, not super comfy. I washed one once and after that it just didn’t fit or sit the same anymore. It’s not terrible or anything, I just thought the quality would be a bit better for what I paid.

I was kind of expecting the shipping to be annoying, because some sites really sneak in crazy fees, but this one was totally fair. It showed up clearly before I paid too, which I appreciated. Anyway, my order arrived just fine, nothing weird or damaged, so yeah, no complaints here. I’d probably shop here again

I ordered from Bellelily, and the shipping was definitely slower than I was hoping for. The tracking didn’t really update for a few days, so I was kind of left guessing where my package was.
It did show up eventually, and everything was fine once it arrived, so no major complaints there. I’d probably order again, but only when I’m not on a tight timeline
